Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, once your order has been started all sales are final and we cannot accept returns after your order has shipped unless there is damage to the item. Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing your original order. (Note: Should orders continue to be placed and cancelled we will not honor a cancellation on future orders.)

Lifetime Warranty

All Elegant Eternity jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, should any defects arise please reach out to support@projectionjewelry.com and our warranty team will assist you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@projectionjewelry.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
